THE TECHNOLOGY ENHANCERS
PROFILE
TechnoPilot® was founded by Cmdr (Dr) Reji Kurien Thomas, a distinguished Naval Aviation Commander and multi-disciplinary technological scientist with over three decades of high-stakes experience across defence, energy, data science, cybersecurity, and sustainability. His career reflects a rare integration of engineering depth, scientific innovation, and executive leadership.
Dr Thomas has trained at Stanford University, Wharton, Kent State University, IIT Delhi, Oxford University, Swiss School of Business & Management, and multiple global institutions
He holds eight Doctorates including Doctorates in Computer Science, a Doctorate in Technological Science, is a Doctor of Science in Alternative Medicine, and a Global Doctor of Business Administration in Strategic Management, alongside post-doctoral studies in advanced computing and leadership. His Fellowship in Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability (New York) further strengthens his strategic grounding in ESG frameworks and responsible innovation.
He has been honoured internationally, including the Stephen Hawking Award (2024), Distinguished Alumni Award 2025 , Kent State University USA, Veblen Directors Awards (Best ESG Director & Best Mentor, 2024), Veblen Directors Awards (Global Leader of the Year & Thought Leader of the Year 2025), Top 100 Influential Global Voices (2024), and recognition by the House of Lords, UK (2022 & 2023) for leadership and scientific impact
He is also a Phi Beta Delta Honouree (USA) for academic excellence and holds the UAE Golden Visa for innovation recognition.
Across 34+ years, he has led frontier-technology programmes in the Indian Navy, including enterprise-level cybersecurity, national critical-infrastructure protection, aviation engineering, and secure communication systems. His work contributed to data-intelligence frameworks, national-level decision-support systems, and technology modernisation across land, air, and sea platforms
In the civilian domain, Dr Thomas has delivered large-scale digital-transformation programmes, data-driven business models, and high-integrity cybersecurity architectures for financial institutions, government entities, biotechnology firms, and Fortune-500 organisations. His expertise includes data monetisation, big-data analytics, AI-ML integration, enterprise architecture, cloud systems, GRC, and threat-response operations – with certification portfolios spanning CCISO, CISM, CCNP-Security, CASP+, CEH, AWS, GCP, ITIL, SAP CTP, and PMP
He has also invented and guided multiple scientific and engineering innovations, such as:-
• Quantum-Resonant Energy Coupling & Molecular Reconfiguration Technology (QREC-MRT) for material enhancement
• Quasi-quantum photosynthesis for ultra-low-cost atmospheric water generation
• Quantum-scale agricultural assessment engines and portable AI-driven field-diagnostic systems
• Carbon-metrics based waste-to-energy systems and sustainability frameworks
• Secure-communication systems, AI-ML engines for drones, and data-driven environmental remediation technologies
– all validated through cross-sector trials, patents, or independent testing, including top 3rd party verifications for performance metrics
He leads global programmes in carbon removal, premium engineered biochar, waste-to-energy, blockchain-based traceability, clean-energy systems, and international R&D alliances. His work combines governance, data integrity, advanced engineering, and precision-science leadership across agriculture, energy, environmental systems, and digital transformation.
TechnoPilot® reflects this broad and deep foundation. The firm specialises in:-
• Oil & gas transaction advisory (refinery validation, LNG/LPG, compliance, documentation integrity)
• Quantum-linked technology services & remote-assessment systems
• Strategic advisory for government, defence, and high-technology sectors
• Data security, cloud architecture, and enterprise digital transformation
• Sustainability, ESG alignment, and carbon-intensive project advisory
• Innovation programmes that integrate engineering, science, and operational discipline
Dr Thomas continues to serve as a Forbes Technology Council member, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (London), a member of the Harvard Leaders Excellence network, and a contributor to global policy, sustainability, and technology dialogues. His work across quantum science, frontier engineering, AI-driven systems, and sustainability has positioned him as one of the few leaders able to bridge deep science with practical, market-ready solutions.
